Individual & Couple Therapy

An active, collaborative approach to help you understand what you're experiencing, work with difficult emotions, and develop new ways of responding when you feel stuck.

I work with adults and couples in English and French, in person in Nice and online.

Areas of Support

Anxiety, Overthinking & Emotional Overwhelm

When your mind won't switch off, you find yourself replaying the same thoughts again and again, or your emotions become overwhelming; it can be hard to feel present or respond the way you want.

You may already understand your patterns — and even know what might help — but still find yourself caught in the same reactions when things become difficult.

Therapy can help you recognize these patterns, develop greater emotional regulation, and practise new ways of responding to thoughts, emotions and challenging situations.

Anxiety • Overthinking • Stress • Depression • Emotional overwhelm • Rumination • Emotional regulation

Life Transitions, Identity & Belonging

Major changes can disrupt not only our circumstances, but also our sense of who we are and where we belong.

Relationship changes, grief and loss, relocation, career transitions, parenthood, returning home or periods of personal questioning can leave us feeling unsettled or disconnected from the life we previously knew.

Therapy can provide space to make sense of these changes, reconnect with what matters to you, and gradually develop a clearer sense of direction.

Life transitions • Identity • Belonging • Grief & loss • Self-worth • Personal and professional change

Relationships & Couples

Relationships can become strained by recurring conflicts, communication difficulties, unmet needs, emotional disconnection or significant changes in life circumstances.

In individual or couples therapy, we can explore the patterns shaping your relationships, better understand each person's responses and needs, and develop more constructive ways to communicate and relate.

I also work with intercultural and international couples, where differences in culture, language, family expectations, migration, career and belonging can add another layer to the relationship.

Relationships • Communication • Conflict • Attachment • Intimacy • Separation • Intercultural couples

Trauma-Informed & Inclusive Practice

I also support people who have experienced trauma or difficult life events, with attention to their emotional, relational and embodied impact.

My practice is LGBTQ2S+ affirming, anti-racist and anti-oppressive, and considers how identity, culture, gender, sexual orientation, power, discrimination and social context can shape our experiences and mental health.

Therapy is adapted to your history, needs and pace within a respectful, collaborative and non-pathologizing environment.

Bilingual Practice • LGBTQ2S+ Affirming • Anti-Racist • Anti-Oppressive • Non-Pathologizing

International Life & Intercultural Relationships

Living between countries and cultures can shape our identity, relationships and sense of belonging in ways that are not always easy to explain to others.

I support individuals and couples navigating expatriation, relocation, returning home, international life transitions and intercultural relationships. These experiences can bring particular questions around identity and belonging, family and relationships, language, career, cultural expectations and what it means to build — or rebuild — a sense of home.

How We Work Together

Therapy begins with understanding your needs, current situation and what you would like to change. Together, we identify therapeutic goals and adapt our work as your needs evolve.

My approach is active, collaborative and integrative. Alongside conversation and reflection, we may work with thoughts, emotions, embodied responses and recurring patterns that show up in everyday life.

The aim is not only to understand what is happening, but to gradually experiment with, practise and integrate new ways of responding beyond the therapy room.
