Hello, I’m Emma.

I’m a bilingual integrative therapist and art therapist, trained in psychotherapy and art therapy in Canada and now based in France.

After many years of living and working between France and Canada, I now support adults and couples in Nice and online, with particular attention to how our experiences, relationships, bodies and environments shape our mental health and well-being.

My approach is active, collaborative and integrative, and adapted to your individual history, needs and pace.

An active, integrative approach

Therapy isn't only about understanding what you're experiencing, but also learning how to respond differently. My approach combines conversation with practical work involving thoughts, emotions and the body. Depending on your needs, we may draw from mindfulness, third-wave cognitive and behavioural approaches, somatic practices and creative expression.

Over time, you learn to recognize patterns, better regulate your responses and practise new ways of responding to difficult situations — so that what happens in therapy can gradually become part of everyday life.

A collaborative approach adapted to your needs, pace and therapeutic goals.
