My Approach: integrative, holistic, collaborative, person- and other-centred.

I take a collaborative, active, and person-centred approach to therapy. Depending on your needs and goals, sessions may incorporate mindfulness and meditation practices, exercises that foster self-awareness and the development of new inner resources, as well as tools drawn from Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), and other integrative, evidence-informed approaches that support emotional regulation, well-being, and lasting change. Particular attention is also given to cultivating compassion for oneself and others, as well as to the quality of our relationship with the world around us. My approach is grounded in Contemplative Creative Therapy (CCT), an integrative model informed by Buddhist psychology, Western humanistic psychology, somatic approaches, mindfulness, compassion, and creative practices.

Expatriation Support & Intercultural Couples Counselling

My personal journey between France and Canada, my bilingual practice in psychotherapy and art therapy, and my experience working with adults and couples allow me to offer thoughtful support with life transitions, expatriation, identity, and intercultural relationships. I also specialize in supporting the emotional challenges associated with expatriation, repatriation, and reverse culture shock. Whether you are preparing for a move, adapting to life in a new country, navigating an intercultural relationship, or returning home after living abroad, you do not have to go through this transition alone.

Therapeutic Approaches

Depending on each client's needs and goals, therapy may integrate:

  • Contemplative Creative Therapy (CCT)

  • Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)

  • Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT)

  • Mindfulness-Based Interventions (MBIs)

  • Somatic approaches

  • Art Therapy

Family, Friendships, and Workplace Relationships

Relationships play a central role in our psychological well-being. Communication difficulties, conflict, personal boundaries, relational wounds, or complex family dynamics can significantly impact emotional balance. Therapy provides a space to better understand these patterns, strengthen relational skills, and cultivate healthier, more authentic connections.

Relationship challenges may arise in communication, attachment, trust, intimacy, or during periods of transition. Therapy offers a supportive space to deepen mutual understanding and develop healthier ways of relating to one another.

Identity and Self-Confidence

Questions related to identity, self-esteem, or a sense of self-worth can affect quality of life, relationships, and personal or professional decisions. Therapy aims to foster greater self-understanding, strengthen confidence in one's inner resources, and cultivate a more compassionate relationship with oneself.
